Refund and return policy

1. Perishable Goods – No Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fresh salads and beverages), we do not accept returns on perishable items once they are delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Fresh salads or salad bowls

  • Juices, dips, or dressing packs

  • Any food item that is made-to-order

  • Other perishable items


2. Refunds – Conditions for Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The item delivered was damaged, spilled, or expired upon arrival

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The order was canceled before preparation or dispatch

  • The item was not delivered at all

To request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the delivered item (if applicable)

  • A short description of the issue

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it, as long as we have not started preparing the item. Once food preparation begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

For prepaid orders, any eligible cancellation will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or payment app

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before the refund is reflected)

  • If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@saladconcept.com


5. Sale Items

Items purchased under promotions or discounts are non-refundable unless they are damaged or incorrect at delivery.


6. Exchanges

Since we deliver fresh food, we do not offer exchanges. If an item is delivered in damaged condition or is incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve it with a suitable replacement or refund.


7. Gifts

If a food order was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we may offer gift credit (in special cases) if there’s a delivery-related issue. Contact us to know more.


8. Shipping (for Non-Food Items)

If we ever introduce non-perishable products like merchandise, refunds or returns may be allowed under certain conditions. You will be responsible for return shipping. In such cases, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
